Installation and Incoming connection problems on win98

Problem 1:

I have downloaded LimeWire 1.3 windows installer but could not managed it to install LimeWire. It only installs jre and creates Shared directory, then exits. (the same thing happened also with v1.2)

After some unsuccessful retries, I have installed LimeWireOther and now I'm running it with following command:

jrew -cplimewire.jar;swing.jar;classes.jar a.a.a.b.Main limewire.props

btw: LimeWire web page says how to install LimeWireOther but does not mention how to run LimeWire. !!

Problem 2:
--------------
I'm behind a firewall and I set up port forwarding. This setup worked well with LimeWire 1.2b but after I have upgraded to LimeWire 1.3, other clients can not connect to my machine.

Any suggestions?
