Unhappy Saving Directory Problem

Hey-

I recently encountered a problem with directories in Limewire. Since I downloaded the program about 6 months ago, I had always used the default directory (C:\Program Files\Limewire\shared I believe) for saving files and had no problems. Yesterday, the default directory suddenly changed without notice to C:\Documents and Settings\(My name)\shared (a folder I'd never used for anything before) without me doing anything. When I tried to switch back to the old default, I was told it was an "invalid directory for saving files." So I moved all my files to this new directory hoping to solve the issue. As I started up Limewire today, however, I received a pop-up message informing me that this NEW default directory was invalid too, and was forced to select another saving directory. Now neither the new or old defaults work. What's going on here, and what can I do to fix the issue?

Thanks in advance.

-Daniel

If you have NTFS (NT,2000,XP) Make sure you have permissions to that directory still. To do that just right click on the file and click properties and look under the security tab.
