Guys, I found that if you download the International Version you won't have this problem. It installs Java for you & works great. I don't know what was going on with the other program..Get the International from here on out & the problem is solved !!!

TRY IT, IT WORKED FOR ME TOO!!! THX SPEED I DOWNLOADED IT AND INSTALLED IT AND I DIDNT GET ANY DAMN ERRORS SAYING THAT THE OLDER VERSION COULDNT BE REMOVED !!!! IT INSTALLED FLAWLESSLY AND WORKS GREAT! APPARENTLY THERE MUST BE SOME KIND OF BUG WITH THE LATEST NORMAL VERSION OF LIMEWIRE!!

I TRIED EVERYTHING BEFORE THIS TO TRY TO GET RID OF MY OLD VERSIONS OF LIME WIRE...I EVEN HACKED THE REGISTRY WITH NO LUCK AND THAT INCLUDED GETTING RID OF ALL THE DAMN SPYWARE

THE INTERNATIONAL VERSION INSTALLED RIGHT LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO...SO GIVE IT A TRY AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
