![]() Howdy. For about a year now I've had to run limewire with ultrapeer capabilities disabled. Typically running as an ultrapeer would bluescreen both my Windows 2000 and Windows XP boxes, from at least LimeWire 2.9.8 onwards. After much debugging, I discovered the problem was due to ZoneAlarm Pro 3.x. Having upgraded to the newest version (4.0.123.012), limewire can now be run with ultrapeer capabilities enabled under both OSs. I can't comment on the free versions of ZoneAlarm, but am posting this here in case anyone else has had similar problems. |
