How to remove NEWDONET.dll?

I still have some problems with LimeWire 1.6, it still closes itself. I run Windows ME on a Pentium III, 512 MB RAM.

I have installed ad-aware, but I can't remove the NEWDONET.dll file.
Can somebody explain me in detail how I have to do that?
