help

i just tryed to get limewire 1.6 and when i try to install it the error message "an installation support file C:\\windows\temp\{bb2943f9-0cc5-4da2-95fe-b5c6e41eb93e}\j2re-1_3_1-win.exe could not be installed. access is denied.
is there anything that i can do to fix this problem?
