HELP! when i open limewire it says cannot find java runtime enviroment?

plzzzzzzzzz some1 help me whenever i open limewire it says error 0 and then it says it cannot find a java runtime enviroment??? plz some2 help me idk what to do. I dont wanna lose any of my downloads by reinstalling can any1 help me?
