![]() I just installed LimeWire version 1.6 (I had v1.4 before) and I just wanted to know if there is a way to prevent the LimeWire icon from being visible in the System Tray. I realize this is a new feature and think it is great, but I would like to disable it. BTW I am using Windows 2000. |

![]() Ray- When you exit LimeWire, you should see a dialog box asking if you would like to keep LimeWire in the system tray. If you don't want to put it in the system tray, simply click the "No..." option, and it will not remain in the system tray. For other users reading this post, LimeWire only goes to the system tray on Windows NT and 2000 for now. We are working on adding this feature for Windows 95, 98, and ME. |

![]() Sorry, I was not specific. I would like too completely disable to LimeWire icon completely from the System Tray, even when LimeWire is running. Is this possible? |
