Open On Startup

Is there a way to have LimeWire open in my system tray every time I start Windows?

Minimize To System Tray

Is there a way to setup LimeWire so that when I click the minimize button it goes to the system tray (as opposed to my task bar)?

Maximize

When I open LimeWire it doesn't run in a maximized window, even if I closed it in a maximized window the last time I used it. Is there any way to insure that LimeWire opens up in a maximized window?

Catalog

How can I catalog the files on my computer so that LimeWire knows that they're there?

Yes, as Peerless answered...

But...
Enabling ANY application that is dependent on an established and stable internet connection (other than an Anti-Virus program) to launch automatically on startup is an extremely bad idea.

Regardless of the numerous applications out there that come with the defaults set to auto-launch on start, it is a very foolish thing to do... The likelihood of the application launching before you have a stable connection is very great.

There can be only 2 marginal justifications for auto-launching a p2p client...
Because the authors of the client wish to more or less force you to share files whenever you are connected to the internet...

Help me to understand.
If for whatever reason my Internet connection doesn't initialize before LimeWire auto-starts why would I care? LimeWire just won't work. No biggy.
The reason I want my LimeWire to auto-start is because I want my unfinished downloads to carry on immediately if for any reason my computer shuts down and starts up again (whether through my own doing or it just crashing). Capeesh?
What I have found is that even though I have LimeWire slated to open at startup it doesn't. I have to manually start it everytime. BearShare actually opened at startup like I told it to. Too bad it's got more bugs than a street light in the dead of night.
