What Happened to My Shared Folder?

I'm new to LimeWire, and I was messing around a little (something I shouldn't do I suppose?) and I had the two folders - Incomplete and Shared. I clicked Shared and went to File > Stop Sharing Folder. Now the folder's gone and I don't know how to make a new one! Did I permanently screw up my program? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LOL @ Peers..

OK.. I put 2 more copies of ursula's thread on the Limewire forums and 'stuck' them..we should be able to see it more clearly now :D
