I have serious concerns with the attached image, who hacked limewire?

As you probably know, LW is opensource meaning that some people are using LW code to get on gnutella. It is correct as long as they give the source code and they don't abuse gnutella.

Other apps using LW source:
Acqlite
Acquisition
Gluz
Aqualime
Maybe others.
