I need help transfering songs from limewire to windows media player

I have limewire and I'm wanting to make a cd and I have heard something about checking the sharec files but for some reason there's none of my music there when open the file so is their something I have to do before that please remeber I'm not the brightest with computers so explain very carefully step by step of what to do thanx

Select the folder with your music files in LimeWire and click explore. Than drag those files from the explorer window to the media player.
