Windows 98 full screen problem

I cannot see the whole skin on my screen. There are some features hidden below where I can get to. Please help.

It might be something with your monitor. Try going under your monitor's main menu, and reseting the screen. Or you may have to change your screen resolution. Sorry I can't be very specific, I don't have windows 98
