itunes question i have a question about itunes sharing. I have 2 folders being shared and i only want the contents of one folder to show up in the limewire playlist in itunes. how do i do that? |
It depends which version of LW you're using. If you're refering to sharing via the LW Sharing Options, then it's just a matter of going to your LW menu Tools-Options-Sharing & selecting just the iTunes folders you wish to share. If at present you're sharing the entire iTunes Library, then delete this from the sharing list 1st. And add the ones you want. |
i meant how limewire can be integrated in itunes and make a seperate playlist called limewire |
1 Attachment(s) I don't know. However, with the beta 4.1.5 there's an option in LW to share items on a lan. What this does is create a (1) separate playlist for LW share called 'your-name's LW Tunes'. I found it also seems to create a (2) separate playlist called 'LW'. It seems all tunes imported from LW go into a separate playlist. I'm a mac user, I'm not sure Win iTunes can automatically copy tunes to its own library immediately after completing dwnlding from LW. This might not be what you're after anyway. LW Beta 4.1.5 |
