Red Light

My little file sharing light is staying red. Im an new user and cant download any files. What do i do??????

For some reason you cannot connect to the Gnutella network, any firewalls, proxies, routers that may disallow p2p traffic?

No firewalls on. I checked all of them.

Try enabling the Connection view. Does LimeWire even attempt connections to other hosts? Does LimeWire claim you were not connected to the internet?
