Can I burn to CD? And can't Add anything to my Playlist

Does anyone know if I can burn my music to a CD? If so, do I need PRO for that? Also, I can't add anything to my playlist. I highlight the song and click and send to playlist is not an option for me. Someone help me please!!

You should use the (3.) Enqueue button to send the mp3 to the playlist.
