Bug (?): Download, Kill, Download -> Error!

Is this a bug in Limewire 1.6d (for Windows)?

- I start a search
- I download the file XYZ.MP3
- I klick on "Kill download"
- XYZ.MP3 disappears from the download screen
- I say "oops, I didn't want to kill that one"
- I go back to the (still opened) search-screen
- I select XYZ.MP3 and hit the download all/any button again

I would expect Limewire to start downloading XYZ.MP3 again, but instead it says 'Error! Already downloading "XYZ.MP3"'. Does this mean I can never ever again download that file XYZ.MP3 just because I killed the download once by accident? I would consider this a bug!
