Nope, I've had SP2 since it came out. I have my system set to automatically download and install updates.

the second is to try this forum out: http://www.techsupportforum.com/index.php?s=

I've found it to be populated by some pretty knowledgable ppl
Thanks for the suggestions. I checked out the forum and after searching through I found a fix.

After seeing this thread I remembered I made some changes to my video card settings for gaming. I just can't believe I have been installing and reinstalling and rebooting for the past two days all because of a couple of video card settings. Oh well its working now, thanks for the help everybody.

Thank for the link scar. I installed a new video card for gaming last week and have had the same problem with LW since. I tried everything from updating to 4.4.4 and updating java as well as reformatting my HD which was needed any how for other reasons. Never even thought it could be a simple video card setting, but it solved the problem.

Default white or blank LW screen

I figured out the problem...if you have your video card override the anti-alias settings for programs, instead of application preference it messes it up
