Problems startin up LW..

Rite ive read a few posts in here and ive had the same problems (double clickin the icon and nothin happening)

Well ive tried what poeple have said and no diffrence, ive noticed that he problems was with Windows Xp, well im workin with Millenium Edition!

Hope someone can help!
