i'd like to recover my computer,how do i save my music?

Can you elaborate a little more about your problem & what you want to do. Why don't you burn your music to cd/cd-rw for back up?

Install a second HDD and transfer all your music and files you want to save. Then you can do a factory restore. Your music will rest quietly & safely on the second HDD.
