Yes, still illegal to download illegal things. Going Pro is more to get a theoric speed boost and supporting the developpers.

et voilà: hit the nail :P, Its illegal to download Warez files (software you don't own or have bught the CD key for) & MP3s that you do not have on an original CD. If you have pro it allows you to have a Turbo Charged Status Sped. & a Pro theme nothing more realy.
