 You need to make some bandwidth available for your browser. Go to Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic & reduce the upld to you have at least 1 or 2 KB/s free. And likewise go to Tools>Options>Downlds & free up 1 or 2 KB/s. If this isn't enough then free up more. If you find you don't have enough control then choose another connection type like Cable or Modem under Tools>Options>Speed. And press the Apply button after each & every change.  |
