 Previewing a download via WMP problem Everytime I try to preview my film WMP announces that it has encountered an unknown error. It give me the option of going to web help who inform me that the error is COOD11CD. I am very new to all of this and do not understand what any of this means. Can any one help in ABC terms. Many thanks  |
