Is there anywhere in the forum that can explain most of the PC jargon as I don't understand most of it.Would really appreciate your help on this one.Thank you sooo much.

You could try reading one or two of the "Dummies" series of books (despite their titles they are very good books especially aimed at the new and inexperienced PC user), for example:

or you could ask if someone would explain the jargon words that are causing you problems.

However, you have to understand that technology is moving so fast that new words, giving names to things and processes that did not exist before, seem to pop up all the time.

Thanks ukbobby01 when I started to read ur reply,my heart sank when I seen "Dummies" but then realized u were being sincere in reply & guidance.I will certainly have a look at that,meanwhile will muddle thru best I can.hubby not v.patient but gettiing btr,but he is limited on pc also,but does knw more than (he's a gd sort tho).It's good to knw that u guys r here to help peeps like myself. :-)
