Default Lost Files, Compliated. Need Major Help Ty.

Okay heres the deal as well as I can type it. I live with my parents and my fathers computer had several viruses. My mother had to whipe the enitre computer which destoryed my fathers limewire files which consisted of 384 files. We did not expect to get them back being just a basic user but when Limewire was started again I was suprised to find Limewire displaying in the bottem "Shareing 384 files" I figured, wow they are still there thats great. I did a search for the files on his C drive and came up with nothing. His shared folder is empty yet it says he is shareing. My next idea was it must be on a Limewire server maybe we can get them back. I tried to get his IP and dirrect connect but it wouldnt allow me. Even after shutting off firewalls it wouldnt connect. So im basically at a loss. Ive checked the fourms and no one seems to have this problem so im coming to you guys for help, Id much appreshate this as its hard to lose almost 400 files over night. Thanks for any info you can give me on as to why it displays im shareing even though they dont seem to exsist on the harddrive. I appreshate the help.

Um, if your mom wiped the computer clean (formated the comp then... No offence to women, but I don't know of any moms capable of doing that yet. ) then you shouldn't be seeing LW sharing files.
If she just run an antivirus scan, then the files shouldn't have moved from the Shared folder.

Unless they weren't there in the first place...
Go to Tools->Options and click Saving. All completed donwloads are stored in the folder found in that adress in your HD.
Post back if what is specified there is the Shared folder.

Yeah I tried that last night actually...There are three folders...Shared is one of them, the other two I have no idea why they are there but they have a combined total of 7 files. Limewire still says shareing 384 files but they dont seem to exist. Ive done a c:drive search for MP3's and the only ones that came up are the ones that came with the Computer itself. Sighs It makes no sence.
