Help me i cant seem to figure p2p out

hello.
can someone please help me.
i need to know how to turn off p2p networking.
i know there is a way but i cannot seem to figure it out.
please respond.

Hitting 'Disconnect' will, as it says, disconnect you from the network. ;)
