After I download all my LimeWire tunes how do I get them on my iTunes library?

I just figured this out.... While in your library on LimeWire drag the little music icon to your iTunes program icon on your desktop and you'll see the song show up in your iTunes library. Hope this helped.

Can you use better words. I just don't get how to do this. I have looked on almost all the threads about this and everyhting I do doesn't work for example
file>add file to library that didn't work because I couldn't find shared music.
Please give me another suggestion and explain step by step
