Integrating with iTunes

Been looking in the options settings and just seen the share folder with itunes, thought, cool, makes my life easier, clicked share folder then ok. went to iTunes and............................ nothing. WTF, is it not as simple as checkin the box? Do I have to do more or what? I'm confussed, looked in the FAQ and "Manual" and nowt.

Whats happenin and what do I do.
