Saving downloads to my music file

How do I do this? I'm trying to open my LimeWire downloads in Windows Media Player so I can burn them onto CD. Help please!!

Use the Add media files function. You can also scan your comp for all media files. WMP menu File>Add to Media Library & you have the choice of adding files, folders, etc. You can also use the Add button at the top of the wmp window after selecting the media library tab.
