Also, another peice of advice for the people that went through this to make sure all the EXE files that were put on your system are gone!

go to start menu
than run
type in the word "complete"
and than it will bring up all the EXE folder files that were installed from limewire's virus.
click select all
and delete
Than delete them from the recycling bin

To do such stuff, i recomend you to boot in "Safe mode", it won't load the virus, as well any of thje start-up virus, giving you the remote possibility of the virus not hide you the folder, and the files as well...
This might let you use the Ctrl+Alt+Del stuff, launching taskmgr, killing process, killing reg keys, and then the files... hoper that workz, and remember, do not let the processname fool you, the windows update is a service, then is on svchost.exe, winlogon is a system process, DO NOT KILL IT, mdm is a system process, and alg.exe interacts with NtOsKernel directly, so, DO NOT kill the processes i told ya...

BTW If you see winlogon AND winlogin, you know that one of them is a virus or part of.

Default Limewire

Ive noticed that my limewire seemed to mess up before aswell.. but i have also noticed a file which had the description Limewire Swarmed Installer... since i have deleted this file my Limewire has been fine... perhaps you should start looking for something like this... i found it at the very bottom of my C Drive. this could solve some problems..
