I would've thought the support for basic (and Pro) LW here is pretty good. And not to mention, free. There's also the 'official' LW forum LimeWire Forums. Free support, again.

I'd rather see a newbie come here & get links to freeware programs, than pay money to a scam site for the same info.

Thanks. But a Forum is not "Support". Forums are catch as catch can, a wilderness for newbies to be lost in. I mean it's not Limewire's obligation to deal with us here.
