Question How does renaming files effect searches

Hi,

If I download a file, say something popular from multiple sources. If I then rename the file in Windows, will this file still be available for other people to upload from me? Will it show up under the original search terms, or the new name? Will it be included with the other files (same file diff name) or will it come up alone, available only from one source (me) when a user searches?

Thanks...
