Default Limwire PRO Problem...PLEASE HELP!

Ok so I'm running the latest version of Limewire Pro, and I saw some of My Documents filed under the Saved option...So I didn't want them there so I deleted them, figuring they'd just be off Limewire, and if they were in the recycle bin I'd just restore them.So I go to the recycle bin and only about 40 out of atleast 400 files were there, these files are very important can someone please help me out, they just vanished!

Oops, did you get a pop-up that said you recycle bin was full when you were sending you files to it. If so is your recycle binn protected by Norton or any other program.
