Limewire stops at "Loading User Interface"

I have just recenty been having a problem with Limewire. It will stop when the startup screen says "Loading User Interface" Also, when it gets to Loading User Interface" the CPU for Limwire is at 97 in the task manager. I have downloaded the new version and the same exact thing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I imagine I'm not the only one who has been having this problem. It's really frustrating that I can't even use this product anymore.
