Limewire fades in and out while running.

LimeWire continues to fade in and out while it is running. Sometimes it will fade out for 5 minutes or more at a time. I have no problems with my downloads or connections. I'm using LimeWire Pro 4.9.11 with Java 1.5.0 Update 04. I have WindowsXP SP2 (Windows Firewall enabled) and high speed cable modem connection. SP2 patch applied to allow 50 connections. I always get a Turbo charge connection and very fast downloads. Is there a way to keep LimeWire from fading in and out? This is getting very annonying because I can't do anything until it comes back then it will fade out again.

Thanks.

It may be graphics card related. What graphics card brand & driver version do you have? Check out the Stickies at the top of this section. Tell us if it helps at all ... look for "The way to fix the Blank screen on startup"

I have a Compaq MV 540 Monitor with Coloreal and Intel 82845G/GL Graphic Controler. I have no other problems with any graphics on my computer. LimeWire is startup ok and run for a few minutes then it will fade out with white screen then it will come back. I thought it could be a Java problem but when I use Azureus, it doesn't do that. I have no problems playing online games that uses Java. I'm just using the default LimeWire Pro skin. I upgraded from a previous version but it did the same thing but not as bad.

I read the Stickies and found nothing helpfull.

Thanks.:)
