LimeWire Does Not Properly Open
 

Even though the actual number of issues resolved looks depressingly low, I do not know where else to turn. It seems that since I've started running the latest version of the Java JRE (1.5.0_04), LimeWire will no longer open properly. The loading window comes up and the process begins, but the loading window will disappear without any error. The LW process also closes without error. The application just will not open on the latest JRE on my computer. I've tried deleting the settings, reinstalling LW, and reinstalling the JRE/SDK. Nothing seems to work.

1.2GHz AMD Athlon
512MB SDRAM
80GB HDD, 60GB HDD, and 20GB HDD
GeForce4 Ti 4400 video card.
SB Live! Audigy sound card.
Windows XP w/ SP2
JRE + JDK 1.5.0_04 installed.
