1.7 'Upload Count' Statistics Bug

Don't know if Limewire developers actually read this, but there is a bug in the statistics in v1.7. When uploads get blocked because of 'Upload Limit Reached', they are still counted in the upload statistics, which throws the statistics WAY off.
