 able to search, but can't download files LW was functioning quite well until the other day when I found I couldn't download selected files. Settings wer not altered prior to this problem. LW is running through windows XP. I uninstalled then downloaded and reinstalled LW. I downloaded and installed the latest JavaScript updates, I reset the Windows XP internet connection firewall settings as per the instruction sheet from LW. I reconnected to LW able to search successfully but once again I select a file click the download button nothing happens, I right click the file click the download option nothing goes down to the download window. I rechecked my download option against the library details and they are correct and unchanged. Has anyone had this problem and how did you overcome the malady.  |
