![]() Me, being anal, was bored one day and decided to organize all my music files into folders by their band. When I had an older version of limewire I could just rightclick and press put contents on play list, or something like that. Now, since i've updated it will only add the files not put into folders in the playlist. |

![]() You are able to right click and put the contents of a folder on a playlist. Right click on the folder in the column left of the main window. However, It looks like you can't do it from the folder in the main window. Something the programmers might think about changing. |

![]() Well the thing is that I can right click on the "Saved Files" button and it will give me the option of adding the contents into the playlist, but for anything I already have stored in folders, the only way I can play it is if I right click and launch individual folders, and I can't even play them through limewire. Instead it goes into another player automatically. I just want all the songs I have got in my library in the playlist, and actually play them without having to go through this whole hassle of opening it in another player. |

![]() Limewire is a first class p2p application. It is not a first class media player. It is very easy to configure things so that tunes are played in a different media player by default and I really recomend it as the sound from the Limewire player is ... er ... not exactly perfect ![]() Many players cost nothing, they organize things for you and once you have taken a little time out to install the player and adjusted your settings .. Life will be easier and the sounds better. If you use iTunes it should be open all the time you use Limewire anyway, and it is just as easy to open tunes there as in Limewire. |

![]() Now would it just be easier for me to downgrade back tothe older version I had, which made my life a lot easier? I dont really want to go on the path of installing another application like itunes and then risking me being deeply confused and having to come and bother you or one of the other computer geniuses for help. It also just might be that i'm a lazy bum and dont want to go through the trouble, but yeah. Theres no other way for me to open these files and have them play on limewire? |
