Default HTTP-Tunneling

Is it possible to HTTP-tunnel limewire? If so, what would be the best program to use?

Will this affect the download and upload speed?

Thanks

PS: I don't know the exact reason, but my connection blocks the ports LW, Kazaa, etc uses. This is because I have a connection offered by my university. So the only way to still use is HTTP-tunneling it.
