![]() it is a good version of windows. It came with the computer. It has nothing to do with the cable modem because it does the same thing to my computer when used at my school's wireless net. I wonder does it have anything to do with firewalls or anything? It seems to restart when trying to connect. When I stop limewire from connecting, it doesn't reboot the computer. When it tries to connect, it gives a quick blue screen and then restarts my computer. I also have the windows firewall disabled. I'm running through a netgear router and I set up port forwarding for limewire but still no luck. Bearshare works. Limewire or Frostwire will not. |

But I connected directly to the internet and LW worked fine, so I went online and tried several different wireless drivers, and found one that worked. Thanks for all the help ![]() |
