Default Problem with Limewire popping up

Hi all, I've been using Lime Wire for around a year. I had pro at one point, but now I'm back to basic. Anyway, I just downloaded the recent update LimeWire 4.9.33. I usually don't like to run my comp with Limewire in the background, but it seems to disagree with me. I shut it down, 5 seconds later my comp is starting it back up again. Sometimes it will give me a couple minutes, but after that Lime Wire starts back up on it's own again. Very Annoying!

Sorry if this is a rookie problem, I've scanned through all the settings on LW,as well as all the FAQ's but nothing regarding this. I don't even have startup enabled.

Thanks for any help you can provide!
