computer freezing

everytime i open up limewire it freezes, either the first little pop thing with will freez and turn white, or it will do all that loading stuff and then it will freeze can anyone help me.

LimeWire is a Java Program

Java=LOTS OF RAM!

If you dont have a machine with good ram, LimeWire will not run well!

i think i have plenty of ram, 1 gb
