ARGH! Help with .exe virus
 

I downloaded Limewire just recently and was unaware of the virus that copies itself over and over again at around 800kb. But seeing as how I now HAVE this damn virus, does anyone know how I can find and GET RID of it? It's really slowing down my internet connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
