 Why is my Puters UL speed, faster than DL speed? I did a speed or bandwith test on my puter and it always has a much faster UL than DL? DL 29 kbps UL 89 kbps Can someone please explain why its slow as a turtle on DL and fast as a rabbit on UL ?   |
