crashing

Im running lw4.9.33 on wxp with broadband cable modem avg antivirus with firewall and microsoft antispyware,i also have had trouble with a folder that appears in limewire called complete 1s which is full of adult material zip files, my computer has also slowed a crawl.Its a complete nightmare but i know theres someone out there thats brainy enough to fix this mess please let me know when someone does.!!!
