I'm new to the Lime wire system and was wondering if there's a way to download an album all at once, rather than having to scroll through the search reults for the songs I need??

There definitely is. BUT it all depends upon whether anybody is sharing a whole album as I'm about to describe. There's what's known as albumwraps. These are the entire albums put together like a zip file except it becomes a single mp3. You'd need the appropriate extractor to separate the songs after. There's different types of albumwraps, some are compatible with each other some are not. See How to Downld whole albums & Albumwrap

But there's also some people who zip albums. There's also some who join all the songs as a single mp3 (but are not albumwraps.) That's fine if you don't mind the entire album as a single mp3. But that concept is hated by those who use albumwrap programs when the such people call their albums albumwraps when in fact they're only one long mp3.

BTW in the link I gave above, there's off-shoot links. One of which describes how to find such albums. In short, search for albumwrap, albw, entire, whole, complete, etc. with the artist name & possibly the album name. eg: Joe Blow - bigger albw OR Joe Blow - album, etc. You need to keep varying the search criteria because different people name them a little differently.
