startup problem (multi user)

Hi there.

i was wondering if anyone could shed any light on this bizarre problem.

i have 2 user accounts, one for me and one for my bro. for some strange reason limewire stopped working on his account, i've reinstalled and upgraded limewire, gone through all the fixes in the sticky thread and none have made any difference.

mine works fine though.

his problem is you get the splash screen, the loading works and then the pop up for upgrade to pro comes up, but that's it, the actual programme doesnt load, just the pop-up.

any suggestions?!
