Limewire Prefs

In one of my week old threads, someone told me to get rid of a problem I might ahve to delete my limewire prefs...

That means limewire preferences I imagine...But where would I find limewire preferences, and what to delete...

Im not very good with this stuff, so i need all the help i can get
