Default Sorting Your Music

Is their anyway I can check the date that I downloaded each song? Like I dont want to have to click each song and right click it and check the date...Just an easy simple way to see which songs were downloaded most recently...

You can see the date of each song you've downloaded. In Explorer, go into your shared folder(usually My Music) and right-click on the song and go into Properties. You will see this: Created: December 8, 2005.

if you're using windows - open your music folder, click on view and select details. it'll display the files as columns of name, size, type and modified. then click modified and your files will be listed in the order they have been modified [not created] - if you have not modified them [renamed them etc] then it'll be the date that you've downloaded them.

In Properties it says Created:, Modified, and Accessed. If you don't believe me then look at this. As you can see, I downloaded the song on December the sixth.

cyberstalker, you're right of course, but lickitysplit seems to want a way to display the whole list...

thanks a lot everyone...i have been looking to do this for a while now can never find a way lol...

i havent tried any of those ways, but i am sure they will work...thank you very much!
